….tripe and noodles look an awfully lot alike when simmering inside a delicious bowl of Pho.
But they do not taste alike! This foodie lesson courtesy of Pho Tam on Orchard and Irving. I’ll return – probably some weekend night when they are open till 2am! – to give their banh mi a try (or the tripe in the yummy pho if I get over my foodie texture wimpiness:-)

Hmm, I really like the tripe. The first I ever had it, was there, when I ordered that dish. I had no idea what "special beef" meant… but it sounded ominous… and exciting.
